Wolf Design was created after the closure of Barbed design studio. Barbed was a pioneering design business run by the Howard League for Penal Reform and based inside Coldingley Prison, UK. The studio consisted of David, the studio manager/senior designer and six prisoners trained and employed as designers. The clients were mainly prison-related charities.
The principal objective of Wolf Design was to be an ethical company. Not just by recommending recycled paper for printing, but to consider the entire way Wolf Design operates, including how the power is generated to produce a client's job. To make ethical purchasing decisions and support charities who are doing good works for the community.
